Wondering how to refer someone to our dental clinic? There are a few ways you can go about it, which include:

Word of Mouth
When you’re chatting with a friend or family member, you might learn that they’re looking for a new dentist. After you share your recent experience at Fresh Dental, they might be asking to book an appointment! You can refer our services to someone during a casual conversation, and let us know by using the referral form linked here (hyperlink). Once they attended their appointment we will send you your gift card.

Referral Card
If you want to give your friend or family member a physical card, we provide one after each appointment you have. We will attach referral cards to the invoices that you receive after an appointment.
Keep a referral card handy; that way, the next time someone you know is looking for a dentist, you’ll be ready to pass on our information.

Referral Form
Using our referral form, you can let us know the name of the patient you referred and your own contact information.
You’ll find a referral form linked here (hyperlink); simply fill it out with the required information, and we’ll send you a $20 Tim Hortons gift card once the person you referred has completed their appointment.
